Code of Conduct

• We value our translators. We ensure that our translators receive fair rates. We pay a price that recognises the skill and expertise involved in their work.

• We respect labour rights. We undertake never knowingly to do business with organisations that don’t comply with applicable labour laws.

• We undertake never knowingly to do business with organisations that advocate discrimination or incitement to hatred.

• We respect international humanitarian law. We undertake never knowingly to do business with organisations that manufacture indiscriminate weapons.

• We undertake never knowingly to do business with organisations involved in the fur trade, blood sports, intensive farming, nor organisations involved in animal experimentation for cosmetics and household products.

• We undertake never knowingly to do business with organisations involved in corruption, extortion, fraud, embezzlement and money laundering.
